MSP Think Tank Digital Tech Festival
As part of the MSP Think Tank, each day there were three tracks:
- Technical track – Live training, tips, hacks and open discussion to help you to maximise efficiency, improve your productivity and increase your service standards.
- Business track – Get insights and advice on how to increase margins and achieve scalable growth during this tough time.
- Future track – Hear industry veterans insights on the future of the MSP industry and the opportunities for your MSP business during these uncertain economic times.
I was involved in two different sessions!

My first session was entitled “Social Media Marketing Like You Mean It”
Session Synopsis:
Social media is all about amusing cat GIFs and food pictures. No! Platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook are being used by Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to stand out in a crowded marketplace. But how can you make sure you’re using social media properly, and not just wasting your time?
It was an interactive session that had amazing feedback!
