Friday Favourites – AllThings
On a Friday I try to post my favourites from the week – links to cool content and tools that I’ve found or had recommended to me.
Yesterday I wrote about why you should create a To NOT Do list, but in this week’s “Friday Favourites” I want to focus on To Do list tools. Those cool tools that help you organise your life and get more stuff done!
AllThings – Create shareable lists for all your things. An easy to use and powerful cloud-based app designed to help you organise your personal and business life. Many of you from the IT industry will know and respect David Hay who is involved in this new project, and we wish him the best of luck with the very cool looking AllThings.IO!
Do you have any cool content or tools to share with me? Why not e-mail me or Tweet me, and if I feature them in my blog you can be sure to give you credit!
Have a great weekend!

Thanks for this Ric - a friendly word of caution. I was a *very* passionate user of Remember The Milk for some time, but ran into major difficulties with it when it started continuously replicating tasks (completed and still live ones) to the extent that I had literally hundreds of the same task showing in my lists. The folks at RTM were superb but could not solve it, leaving me to sadly have to stop using it. Their customer service was great, and they gladly refunded me for the unused portion of my contract, but ultimately the product caused me headaches. I truly hope that mine was either a one-off, or they've solved it, but thought I should advise of my personal experience.

Hi, As someone who has used all of those list tools, and many more I must say, I find allthings.io to be the best. It's the only one I use now. Check it out, Chris

Vaughan - thanks for the feedback. To give credit where credit is due, you were the man who introduced me to "Remember The Milk" too! Sorry to hear you've had issues. Thankfully no such problems here myself, but I do use RTM recurring tasks quite heavily - so we'll see whether I come across this issue myself. Fingers crossed not!
