"The Office" Training Video for Microsoft UK

“The Office” for Microsoft UK

David BrentIf you are a fan of BBC Series “The Office”, Ricky Gervais or Stephen Merchant – you’ll love this internal training video they recorded for Microsoft UK.

Sent to me by my good mate Matt Barton. If you’re a business that has hired Matt to do that really important project for you, the one that’s going to change the way you do business and make you a fortune to boot, and Matt’s told you he’s sorry for the delay in delivering the project, but he’s snowed under… now you know what with. Googling for Comedy sketches. 😉

Hi Rich,            glad you enjoyed the video (actually it's one of two). Just an FYI, these were internally only videos and the copyright lies with the BBC/Ricky Gervais. Contractually. Microsoft is not allowed to make them publically available.   Having said that - they really made me laugh.   Mike

I think it's a sign of the times when such items find their way onto the 'net. I see plenty of videos of things appear on YouTube and the like, then get pulled 24 hours or so later after the copyright owner or someone else complains. 24 minutes, let alone 24 hours, is all that is needed for people to become aware of these things through e-mail and the Blogosphere though!I'm not sure what the legal stance with linking to copyrighted material hosted by others is. I suspect it's a no-no, but am sure somebody reading this entry will happily let me know. :-)
