My Friday Favourite this week is Yoti – Prove your identity online and in person.
What is it?
Yoti is an app for Android and iOS that can help you prove your identity digitally.
How can it help me?
It doesn’t make sense to carry around your driving license or passport on nights out or to send photocopies of documents to prove our identity.
Yoti is an app that allows you to add your identity documents to your Yoti app and then swap your Yoti with the people you meet and do business with, so you know exactly who you’re dealing with.
Yoti uses bank-grade security, and the Yoti app allows you to use biometrics to log on securely.
How much does it cost?
Yoti is free for personal use and you can contact Yoti for pricing if you want to use Yoti for your business.
How can I get it?
To create your own Yoti account, visit their website and follow the process for proving your ID.
