On a Friday I try to post my favourites from the week – links to cool content and tools that I’ve found or had recommended to me.
This weeks’ Friday Favourites is a “Alternatives to Google Tools” special. With the withdrawal of its Google Reader service, Google has made a lot of people nervous about which of their other free services they may pull next.
Here is an alternative to Google tools that I’ve found for the week ending 29th March, 2013:-
Feedly – With Google announcing the retirement of the very popular Google Reader RSS service, there has been a scramble to find replacements. My favourite is Feedly, which is cross-platform and gorgeous in use. They also have a absolutely seamless migration process for existing Google Readers users.
