In this video Billy Thompson, Solutions Engineering Manager for Akamai Cloud computing talks to James Steel of Linode about portability; what it means, and why it’s important for businesses.
#3 From Busy to Productive: A Guide to Achieving More with Your Time
Now, if you work in the technology field, especially for an MSP, then you’re always busy.
Managing your task list and your calendar while balancing a lot of conflicting priorities can be really stressful.
So, I’d recommend checking out this short video from MSP Expert, Todd Kane. Here Todd summarises the fundamentals of using your task list in cohesion with your calendar to get more done.

#1 What is Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)?

#1 The Evolving Landscape of the MSP Business Report 2023
The much anticipated Evolving Landscape of the MSP Business Report 2023 was recently released.
This annual report was created based on a survey conducted by independent market researcher Vanson Bourne and commissioned by Barracuda MSP.
A key headline from the report is that MSPs are expecting an average growth of 33% in 2023, and the report shares steps MSPs can take to overcome some of the challenges anticipated in 2023.
This report is a free download and highly recommended for MSPs.
#2 The MSP Initiative with George Bardissi
Now, a Podcast that caught my ear was The MSP Initiative hosted by George Bardissi.
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 1PM EST, Bardissi hosts experts from the IT Channel to highlight some real topics happening in your MSP business.
Recent episodes feature George Smith from Augmentt, noted cybersecurity expert Matt Lee of Pax8, and Greg Howard from Acronis.
It’s definitely one to listen to!

#1 Automation to Easily Implement MFA and Access Protection in M365
Inconsistent and often incomplete Identity and Access Protection is the #1 M365 security vulnerability, and enabling Multi-Factor Authentication is probably the top step MSPs can take to help their clients stay safe.
So a workshop that caught my eye was the session on Automation to easily implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Access Protection in M365 by SkyKick.

A podcast that caught my ear was Mark Copeman of Wingman Marketing speaking to SuperOps about life and business lessons on resilience.
Copeman, the author of the books MSP Secrets Revealed and Help Desk Habits, has worked closely with MSPs for many years. In this episode, he talks candidly about facing a serious health crisis at the age of 27, and what MSPs can learn from his experience.
It’s a very personal and insightful piece, and worthy of your time to listen to.
#3 Blank Blocks of Time – A Relax Focus Succeed Video
And talking of life advice for MSP owners, MSP Expert Karl Palachuk shares some powerful advice on blanking out blocks of time in his latest short video.
